to inquiries that come in off those
ads, answer questions and arrange
showings

the unit and or have the prospective
tenant fill out an application on

an applicant is approved and a lease
is signed you will earn a large commission

Commission
between 800 and 1200 dollars

| Operations
& Lease Compliance Officer: |
- Lease
Administration: Review agreements, process
leases and renewals, and other lease
related duties
- Document
Delivery: Issue and serve official notices
and lease updates via email or in person.
- Dispute
Proceedings: File RTDRS paperwork, and
represent management during dispute
hearings and eviction proceedings.
- Compliance
Resolution: Handle lease breaches, payment
issues, and tenancy compliance matters
directly with tenants.
- Records
Management: Maintain accurate delivery
logs, evidence files, and Declarations
of Service.
- Compensation
to be discussed

| Handyman:
|
- Responsibilities:
Perform general repairs, drywall, basic
plumbing, and basic electrical work
on houses and mobile homes.
- Respond
promptly to routine service calls and
occasional urgent/emergency repairs.
- Diagnose
residential issues and complete property
turnover tasks between tenants efficiently.
- Proven
handyman experience, a full set of personal
hand and power tools, and reliable transportation.
- Strong
communication skills and a professional,
respectful manner when working in tenant
homes.
- Ability
to troubleshoot issues independently
and work flexible hours for on-call
emergencies.
- Competitive
Flat Rate: Pay is per job completed,
with competitive flat rates negotiated
based on task scope.
