How much is the pet deposit? 25 for one cat and 50 for one dog; per month. (Each additional pet is 25 per month)

Are utilities included in the rent? No

How how do I set up utilities? To setup utilities on the house you rent you can use any of the Alberta utility retailers listed here: or listed here .

For affordable Internet and cable-TV we recommend: Getus.ca

For water you can contact us about that and we will explain who you use based on which property you're renting from us.

Can I view before doing an application? Generally we like getting an application first. But if you want to view it first, that's fine. Contact us on Facebook and let us know and we will arrange to show it to your first.

Do you have any other locations? No

What is the minimum lease term? 1 Year

Do you offer month-to-month options? No

Is renters insurance required? Yes. Typically it's about 15 per month.

What is required to apply for the rental? You will need to complete our rental application. Click here

Is smoking allowed inside the unit? No. Only outside.
