How much is the pet deposit? 25 for one cat and 50 for one dog; per month. (Each additional pet is 25 per month)

Are utilities included in the rent? No, we will work with you to get them set up in your name. In some unique cases we can include the utilities for an additional monthly fee which is added to the rent.

How how do I set up utilities? To setup utilities on the house you rent you can use any of the Alberta utility retailers listed here: or listed here .
